Pet početničkih vježbi za savršeno isklesana leđa

TIJEKOM ljetnih mjeseci više pokazujemo tijelo, posebno na plaži, a jedan dio često ostane nepravedno zanemaren. Dok pokušavaju isklesati trbuh, prsa, ruke, ramena i stražnjicu, mnogi često zaboravljaju leđa.

If you missed my Get Strong With Gina episode yesterday on @popsugarfitness, here's a recap. I took it back (like way, way back) to the basics with this introduction into classic strength training exercises for your back • Sometimes I get so caught up in my kettlebell flows and handstand work that I forget how I started at the very beginning — but we all do. And these are the weightlifting exercises that got me started on my fitness journey. So if you're just starting out too, here are 5 exercises to get you going on building a strong back • ▪️ Pull-Up: No, you won't be able to do a strict pull-up on your first try ☺️ but you can use an assisted pull-up machine or a band underneath your feet. Keep putting in the work and you'll get to strict pull-ups eventually. It takes patience and dedication • ▪️ Bent-Over Row: I like to use a supine grip, with my palms facing up. Make sure you keep a flat back the whole time • ▪️ Lat Pulldown: Learn how to activate your back muscles here so you're not just muscling down the bar with your arms • ▪️ Narrow Cable Row: Squeeze the middle of your back at the very end of the movement and try to pause for just a second before you slowly release back to the starting position • ▪️ Single-Arm Dumbbell Row: Almost everyone ends up lifting their arm too high in this movement. You only need to bring your arm up to where it's level with your body. Any more than that and you take the movement out of the lat muscle • I hope this is helpful for you! Start out with these exercises if you're a beginner, and you can eventually work your way up to other upper-body strength work. Tag me and let me know how you like it #getstrongwithgina 💪🏽 • #backexercises #strengthtrainingforwomen #popsugarfitness #popsugarlife #strongback #weightliftinggirls
